Discord

The official server is discord.gg/pkhunt. It works without a connected account, but connecting turns a few things on.

Connecting your account

In the game, open the trainer menu, go to Manage account and find the Connections section. Click Connect on Discord and authorise it.

The authorisation happens on Discord's side: the game never sees your password. That is also why the team cannot connect it for you, not even by hand.

What connecting gives you

The roles

Trainer level

One role every 20 levels, from 20 to 100. Below 20 there is no role.

Only the highest counts. Reaching 60 swaps the 40 role for the 60 one; you do not stack all three.

Account badges

Founder, Genesis and VIP. These are not a ladder: the same person can hold all three at once.

Badges are cosmetic: they colour your name and separate you in the member list. They grant no server permission and no advantage inside the game.

Language

You pick your language with the buttons in the language channel, and start seeing that language's channels.

What the server announces

Raid live: when a legendary boss spawns, with a button to join.
Release notes: what changed in each update.
Market: featured listings.
Questions: in the help channels, the bot answers game questions in Portuguese, English and Spanish.

Opening a ticket from Discord

You can open a support ticket from the server itself, choosing a category and typing into a small form. With your account connected, the team already knows who you are and can see your progress. Without connecting, the ticket still counts, it just takes more work to identify the account. See Support.

When the connection is refused

The Connections screen shows the reason. The three common cases:

"Already linked to another game account"

That Discord account already belongs to another account here. One Discord account can belong to one game account only.

What to do: log into that other account and disconnect Discord there. If it is not yours, or you no longer have access, open a ticket asking for the unlink.

"The email address is already claimed by another user"

Here the problem is not Discord: it is the email registered on your Discord account, which already belongs to another game account.

What to do, quickest first:

Check whether you have already created a game account with that email (including by signing in with Google). If so, that is what is holding it.
If that account is yours and you no longer use it, log in and free the email, or open a ticket.
If you prefer, change the email on your Discord account.

"The authorisation was cancelled"

You closed Discord's screen or denied access. Just try again.

Disconnecting

Same Connections section. One important detail: if Discord is the only way you log in (no password set), the game blocks the disconnect, because it would lock you out. Create a password first.
