Beta Rewards
The beta ends on August 31, 2026. On that day the world is wiped and the official game starts fresh, for everyone at the same time. Your account stays. What changes is the world.
This page answers three questions: what comes back to you, what you can win, and how long you have to go for it.
Your Sapphire comes back with a bonus
Every Sapphire you bought during the beta returns to your account at the official launch. All of it comes back: the Sapphire in the package and the bonus Sapphire that came with it.
And there is an extra on top: 25% more on the package Sapphire. The bonus part does not earn that extra, because it already is the bonus of your purchase.
Here is how it works with the shop packages:
| Package | What came into your account | You get back |
|---|---|---|
| R$ 10.00 | 25 (20 plus 5 bonus) | 30 |
| R$ 20.00 | 58 (40 plus 18 bonus) | 68 |
| R$ 50.00 | 155 (100 plus 55 bonus) | 180 |
| R$ 120.00 | 425 (250 plus 175 bonus) | 488 |
| R$ 280.00 | 1110 (600 plus 510 bonus) | 1260 |
| 200 granted by the team | 200 | 250 |
Four details worth knowing:
- It counts what came in, not what is left. If you bought the R$ 50.00 package and spent it all, you get the same 180 as someone who saved it. You spent it on things the wipe removes, so measuring the balance would be unfair.
- It covers what you bought. Gold, items, pokémon and levels do not come back: they belong to the world, and the world restarts.
- The Founders Pack comes back whole, as an item in your backpack in the official game. That is why what you paid for it does not come back as currency: the pack itself is what returns.
- Sapphire you received as a gift from another trainer does not generate a refund for you: it goes back to whoever bought it.
Bought more than one package? Add up everything that came in, then add 25% of each package part. Two R$ 50.00 packages come back as 360.
The reward anyone can reach
Reach trainer level 50 by August 31 and you take into the official game:
- the Pikachu trainer outfit, which leaves the shop and never comes back. After the beta, this is the only way to own it;
- the title Beta Pioneer.
It is not a draw and not a race: everyone who reaches level 50 gets it. There is no cap on how many players can claim it.
Is there enough time? It depends on when you start and where you hunt. Hunting level 40 regions and collecting once a day, it takes around 28 days. In level 60 regions, around 17 days. Collecting twice a day cuts those numbers in half. Anyone creating an account after the second week of August is unlikely to make it, so it is worth starting now.
The eight ranking categories
The ranking freezes on August 31, at the end of the day. The top three in each category earn a title, and first place also earns an exclusive outfit that leaves the shop and does not return.
| Category | Champion outfit | Champion title |
|---|---|---|
| Trainers | Gardestrike Master | Beta Grandmaster |
| Strongest pokémon | Volcanic Superior | Beta Colossus |
| Highest level pokémon | Wingeon Master | Lord of the Summit |
| Pokédex | Naturia Master | Master Cataloguer |
| Shinies | Orebound Master | Shine Hunter |
| Tasks delivered | Psycraft Master | Contract Master |
| Catches | Seavell Master | Tireless Catcher |
| Arena | Raibolt Master | Arena Champion |
Second and third place earn titles in the format 2nd in Shinies · Beta and 3rd in Shinies · Beta, one for each category.
In the Arena, the last full season of the beta counts, the one that ends as August 31 begins. The Arena champion is whoever finishes first in that season.
The King of the Betas, the crown above them all
There is one prize above the eight: the King of the Betas, for the best all-around player of the beta. It is not a new category to grind. It adds up your placement in every other ranking and crowns whoever sits near the top of the most lists at once.
Here is how it works: in each category, your position is worth Crown Points. First place is worth 150, second is worth 124, third is worth 108, and from fourth down each position is worth one point less (4th is worth 97, 5th is worth 96, and so on down to 100th, worth 1). Add up what you did across every category and that is your total.
Nine boards count toward the King: the eight prize categories above (the Arena included) plus Tournaments. Tournaments have no outfit or title of their own, but your placement there scores points for the crown just like the others.
Two rules shape the race:
- You must score in at least three categories to appear on the King's list. Being the best in the world at one thing is not enough: the King plays everything.
- The ceiling is 1350 points, reached only by finishing first in all nine categories at once. Nobody needs that to win, you just need to outscore everyone else.
Ties go to whoever has more first places. If still tied, to the highest trainer level.
The champion earns:
- the King of the Betas outfit, exclusive, which never enters the shop;
- the title King of the Betas;
- a golden statue in the plaza in front of the Saffron Pokémon Center, with the champion's name on the plaque, in plain view of every player in the official game.
Second and third place also earn a title of honor.
Titles
Titles are stored on your account and you choose which one to display next to your name, or none at all. You can collect several: finish first in two categories and you keep both, switching whenever you like.
Rules
- Only active accounts with a trainer name and a confirmed email are eligible.
- The Arena requires a minimum number of matches played to enter the podium, so nobody climbs the ladder by standing still.
- Accounts caught cheating are disqualified, and the reward passes to the next player in line.
- Rewards are delivered at the launch of the official game, not on August 31.
