English translation provided for your convenience. The Portuguese version is the binding one; if the two ever disagree, the Portuguese text prevails.

01

Introduction and Acceptance

This agreement governs access to the PokéHunt website, account, client, systems and other public services.

1.1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing the website, creating an account, signing in, using the client, entering the game, accessing community features, support, market, store, trade, party, guild, ranking, events or any service related to PokéHunt, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted this Service Agreement, the PokéHunt Rules and other applicable official policies.

1.2. Refusal of the terms

If you do not agree with this Agreement, do not create an account, do not access the game, do not use the website, do not make donations and do not interact with PokéHunt services. Continued use after the terms are published or updated will be considered acceptance of the version then in force.

1.3. Nature of the service

PokéHunt is an online entertainment game with idle progression, a virtual economy, characters, items, rankings, social systems and optional account features. The service is provided on an evolving basis and may receive adjustments, maintenance, balancing, fixes, events, resets of specific systems, content changes and operational alterations.

1.4. Supplementary documents

This Agreement must be read together with the PokéHunt Rules, the Cookie Policy, the Privacy Policy, the donation terms, electronic agreements and notices shown on the website, in the game, at checkout or on official channels. In case of conflict, the more specific document prevails over the general one, subject to applicable law.

02

Eligibility, Age and Parental Responsibility

PokéHunt is not aimed at young children and requires responsibility from the user or their legal guardian.

2.1. Minimum age

PokéHunt is not intended for children under 13. By creating an account or using any service, the user declares that they are at least 13 years old. Accounts identified as belonging to or used by a child under 13 may be suspended or terminated to protect the child and the service.

2.2. Users aged 13 to 17

Users under 18 should only use PokéHunt with the knowledge and authorisation of their parents or legal guardians. The legal guardian should follow the use, give guidance on digital safety, supervise social interactions and authorise any payment, donation, package, optional benefit or optional service.

2.3. Game content

PokéHunt may contain fantasy violence, combat against creatures, competitive progression, rankings, a virtual economy, interaction with other players, guild systems, party, trade, market, optional donations and communication through official channels. Parents and guardians should assess whether the content is suitable for the minor in their care.

2.4. Verification and false information

PokéHunt may request reasonable information to verify eligibility, age, account ownership, parental authorisation or access security. Providing false data, hiding one’s real age, forging authorisation or using someone else’s account may result in suspension, account termination, reversal of benefits and blocked access.

2.5. Healthy use

We recommend regular breaks, supervision of minors, care with spending, protection of credentials and attention to signs of compulsive use. PokéHunt may apply technical or operational measures to protect users, preserve the integrity of the service or comply with legal requirements.

03

Account, Licence to Use and Virtual Assets

Access to PokéHunt is a limited permission to use, not a transfer of ownership over the game or its virtual assets.

3.1. Limited licence

PokéHunt grants the user a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to access the game and its services while the account is in good standing and these terms are complied with. This licence does not grant ownership of software, code, art, trademarks, data, characters, items, gold, currencies, rankings, benefits or any element of the service.

3.2. Account and credentials

The user is responsible for keeping their password, session, token, e-mail, recovery key, device and other credentials confidential. Any action taken through the account may be attributed to its holder, even if it results from sharing, selling, lending, negligence, third-party access or use of a compromised device.

3.3. Virtual assets

Characters, progress, items, gold, houses, market orders, rankings, premium, boosts, cosmetics, Safira and other virtual assets are usage records within the service. They have no monetary value guaranteed by PokéHunt, are not convertible into money with the team, and may be adjusted, removed, reversed or blocked in case of error, fraud, chargeback, bug, abuse, balancing, maintenance or a breach of the rules.

3.4. Deals outside the official systems

Transfers made through the Market, trade and other official PokéHunt systems are part of the normal game experience.

Deals between players outside the official systems, including arrangements involving real money or PIX, are not prohibited. The team, however, does not recognise, mediate, guarantee or support deals, purchases, sales, swaps or transfers made outside the game’s official systems.

Any external deal is made at the risk of the players involved.

04

User Obligations

The user must act in good faith and use PokéHunt only through official means.

4.1. Compliance with the rules

The user must comply with the PokéHunt Rules, this Agreement, official notices, security policies and team guidance. Violations may result in a warning, feature blocking, suspension, a ban, transaction reversal, removal of virtual assets, account termination and other measures proportionate to the risk and to the history of the case.

4.2. Prohibition of external automation

Being an idle game, PokéHunt allows automation only where it is part of the official mechanics themselves. It is prohibited to use scripts, bots, macros, autoclickers, extensions, interceptors, modified clients, WebSocket/API automation, payload tampering or any external tool to gain an advantage.

4.3. Security and integrity

The user must not exploit bugs, fraud, rule failures, vulnerabilities or inconsistencies in market, trade, store, party, boss, reward, ranking, economy, session, authentication, WebSocket, API or any technical system. Bugs must be reported to the team before any repeated use or attempt to benefit from them.

4.4. Conduct in the community and in support

The user must be respectful in names, guilds, party, support, Discord, official social media and other interactions related to PokéHunt. Harassment, threats, hate speech, phishing, spam, unauthorised advertising, third-party personal data and falsely posing as staff are prohibited.

05

Donations, Store and Payments

Optional support may exist, but it does not turn virtual assets into property outside the game.

5.1. Optional support and benefits

PokéHunt may receive voluntary donations and, as a thank you, credit Safira as bonus points, premium, boosts, cosmetics, packages, account benefits, digital services or other optional features. These features are not required to access all the basic aspects of the game, except where the feature itself is stated to be premium, limited, promotional or conditional.

5.2. Specific donation terms

Donations, support and bonus points may be governed by an extended agreement, an electronic agreement, the checkout screen, a refund policy, a payment receipt, a campaign rule or a specific notice. Conditions of amount, credit, availability, promotions, bonuses and eligibility may change in line with published rules and applicable law.

5.3. Fraud, chargebacks and reversals

Payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, unauthorised card use, improper disputes, laundering of virtual assets, exploitation of a checkout failure or attempts to receive a benefit without valid payment may result in suspension, reversal of assets, blocking of donations, account termination and any applicable legal measures.

5.4. Crediting and instability

Bonus points and digital benefits may depend on payment confirmation, anti-fraud checks, technical availability, a processing queue, Server Save, synchronisation with the game or manual validation. In case of instability, PokéHunt may correct, reprocess, reverse, compensate or adjust the credit according to its analysis of the case and applicable law.

06

Availability, Changes and Maintenance

Online services are subject to technical changes, maintenance and events outside operational control.

6.1. Service as is

PokéHunt is provided as is, subject to failures, instability, maintenance, errors, technical limitations, balancing and partial or total unavailability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of bugs, permanent compatibility with every device or the unchanged preservation of systems and content.

6.2. Gameplay and economy changes

PokéHunt may change formulas, rewards, hunts, bosses, items, prices, market, trade, classes, skills, premium, drops, cooldowns, balancing, progression, interfaces, account systems and other features in order to fix failures, improve the game, protect the economy or preserve the integrity of the service.

6.3. Rollbacks and loss of progress

In case of a serious failure, corruption, abuse, an attack, a critical bug, duplication, systemic loss, a deploy error or risk to the economy, PokéHunt may perform a rollback, manual correction, reversal of transactions, progress adjustment, temporary blocking or removal of affected data. Progress obtained after the restored point may be unrecoverable.

6.4. Force majeure and third parties

PokéHunt will not be liable for unavailability or damage caused by events outside its reasonable control, including internet failures, providers, data centres, payment platforms, third-party attacks, DDoS, unavailability of external APIs, government measures, disasters, power outages or force majeure events.

07

Data Protection and Privacy

Personal data must be processed in a way compatible with the operation, security and improvement of PokéHunt.

7.1. Data needed for the service

PokéHunt may process registration, authentication, session, device, security, IP, log, telemetry, payment, support, gameplay, transaction, social interaction, report and service-usage data in order to operate the game, protect accounts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, improve the experience and preserve the integrity of the environment.

7.2. LGPD and data subject rights

The processing of personal data will observe applicable Brazilian law, including the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados Pessoais (LGPD, the Brazilian data protection statute). The user may request information, correction, deletion or other rights provided by law, subject to retention scenarios necessary for security, auditing, fraud prevention, defence in proceedings, legal compliance and the integrity of the service.

7.3. Account security

PokéHunt will adopt reasonable security measures, but the user remains responsible for protecting their credentials, e-mail, device, network, authentication, recovery key and session. PokéHunt never asks for a password over chat, Discord, social media or private messages.

7.4. Minors and personal data

Data of children and adolescents must be processed in the best interest of the minor and in line with applicable law. If PokéHunt identifies improper use by a minor without the required authorisation, it may restrict, suspend or terminate the account and adopt protective measures, including deletion or blocking of data where appropriate.

7.5. Support tickets

When you open a support ticket, the content you send is stored and may be read by the PokéHunt team: the text of the messages, attached images and an automatic record of your account state at the moment it was opened, such as level, balances, the region you were playing in, the game version and the browser used. This data is used to handle your request, investigate technical problems, look into reports and keep a record of how each case was handled.

Attachments are stored in a private environment and are not publicly accessible. Avoid sending images containing passwords, banking data, documents or personal information that is not needed for the request. Closed tickets are kept as service history for as long as needed to comply with legal obligations and to defend rights, and the team may remove specific attachments when it identifies unnecessary sensitive content.

7.6. Purchase started and not completed

If you start a Safira purchase and it is not completed, PokéHunt may contact you about that specific purchase: an in-game notice, up to two e-mails to your account address and, for higher-value purchases, a Discord message when your account is linked. The contact concerns only the purchase you started yourself, exists to offer help when a payment fails, and is neither marketing communication nor a newsletter.

Every e-mail of this kind carries an unsubscribe link that works with one click and requires no login. Using it permanently stops e-mails and Discord messages about uncompleted purchases. In-game notices continue, and none of this affects your account, your balance or your ability to buy whenever you want. You may also request the same unsubscribe through support.

08

Limitation of Liability

The user acknowledges the technical and operational risks inherent to online games.

8.1. Risks of the service

The user acknowledges that online games may suffer errors, delays, disconnections, bugs, loss of progress, balancing changes, attacks, unavailability, rollbacks and third-party failures. Use of PokéHunt is at the user’s own risk, within the limits allowed by applicable law.

8.2. Indirect damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PokéHunt will not be liable for lost profits, lost opportunity, lost time, or indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages related to the use, unavailability, maintenance, change, suspension, termination or failure of the service.

8.3. Compensation and corrections

Any compensation for instability, a rollback, a bug, maintenance or a technical error is discretionary, proportionate and defined by PokéHunt according to the impact, the available evidence and technical feasibility. There will be no compensation for an advantage gained or lost through a breach of the rules, fraud, external automation, bug abuse or deals made outside the official systems.

09

Suspension, Termination and Enforcement

PokéHunt may act to protect the community, the economy, security and the continuity of the service.

9.1. Disciplinary measures

PokéHunt may apply immediate measures without prior notice where there is a security risk, fraud, technical abuse, external automation, a breach of the rules, an attack, bug exploitation, a chargeback, harassment, threats, misuse of data or other harm to the service, the team or the players.

9.2. Inactive or irregular accounts

Accounts that are inactive, abandoned, fraudulent, banned, compromised, without a valid e-mail, created for abuse, used to circumvent a penalty or kept with invalid data may be limited, archived, blocked or deleted in line with operational policy and applicable law.

9.3. Evidence and final decision

The team may use logs, WebSocket/API events, telemetry, transaction history, session patterns, reports, payment records, support history and other evidence to assess violations. The administrative decision may take into account severity, recurrence, risk, history and economic impact.

10

Final Provisions

These contractual rules may be updated to reflect the evolution of the game, risks and legal requirements.

10.1. Updates

This Agreement may be changed at any time to reflect changes in the game, the website, donations, optional benefits, security, legal requirements, product decisions or operational needs. The version in force will be available in the PokéHunt legal center.

10.2. Partial invalidity

If any clause is held invalid, unenforceable or inapplicable by a competent authority, the remaining clauses will remain valid to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

10.3. Governing law and venue

This Agreement will be interpreted under Brazilian law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent venue under applicable law, without prejudice to non-waivable consumer rights, where applicable.

10.4. Contact and official communications

Official PokéHunt communications may take place through the website, the client, the registered e-mail, support, the official Discord, the legal center, the login screen, checkout or in-game notices. The user is responsible for keeping their contact details up to date and for following relevant changes.
