01

Identity, Account and Names

The account, the characters and any identification shown inside PokéHunt must preserve the safety of the game and of the community.

A) Names impersonating staff, support or authority

It is prohibited to create a character, account, guild name or visual identification that imitates, suggests or could be confused with PokéHunt staff, administration, support, moderation, official systems or authority. This includes terms such as GM, Admin, Support, Staff or misleading variations.

B) Offensive, discriminatory or inappropriate names

Names containing insults, threats, harassment, hate speech, racism, xenophobia, homophobia, sexism, explicit sexual references, incitement to real-world violence, glorification of crime or content incompatible with a safe game environment are not allowed.

C) Responsibility for the account

The player is responsible for all activity carried out on their account, including actions by third parties who were given access. Sharing a password, token, session, device or account is a risky practice and does not prevent a penalty when a violation occurs.

D) Multiple accounts and sessions

KEEPING, ACCESSING OR OPERATING MORE THAN ONE ACCOUNT IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. 1 (one) account per person is allowed, and the violation is established by the mere existence of the second account, even without the intent to gain an advantage and even if the accounts never interact with each other.

The violation subjects ALL accounts involved, not only the most recent one, to suspension, reversal of gains, loss of items, currencies and benefits acquired, and permanent termination, at the discretion of the administration.

Distinct people who play from the same address, network, household or equipment do not breach this clause. What is prohibited is the same person operating more than one account.

The use of multiple accounts, characters or sessions may be limited, reversed or punished when its purpose is to obtain an undue advantage or to manipulate the economy, rankings, referrals, bosses, rewards, market, party, trade, events or any game system.

Using your own accounts for self-referral, to multiply a reward granted per person, to simulate a dispute, a negotiation or participation between distinct players, or to circumvent a penalty, block or limit applied to another account is prohibited.

02

Cheating, Automation and Game Integrity

PokéHunt is an idle game by design. What is automatic inside the official system is allowed; external automation to gain an advantage is a serious violation.

A) External automation, scripts, bots and macros

It is prohibited to use a bot, macro, script, autoclicker, screen-reading tool, network interceptor, modified client, extension, code injection, memory manipulation, browser automation, WebSocket/API automation or any external software to gain an advantage.

This includes automating actions such as starting or ending hunts, answering checks, accepting invitations, operating market/trade, buying, selling, transferring items or gold, swapping equipment, using consumables, managing stamina, bosses, training, rewards, party or any action that should happen through the game’s normal controls.

B) Permitted idling versus undue advantage

PokéHunt allows idle progress where the game mechanics themselves offer that behaviour. This does not authorise building external tools to keep a session alive, simulate presence, defeat idle disconnection, bypass verifications or make decisions on the player’s behalf outside the official tools.

C) Abuse of a bug, exploit or rule failure

Exploiting a bug, visual inconsistency, calculation failure, synchronisation delay, market/trade/store error, duplication, reversible loss, race condition, WebSocket/API failure or any unintended behaviour is prohibited. Bugs must be reported to the team before any repeated use or attempt to benefit from them.

D) Client, payload and communication tampering

It is prohibited to modify the client, tamper with files, forge payloads, call internal events directly, simulate WebSocket messages, alter responses, abuse rate limits or exploit developer tools to generate state, items, gold, progress, rewards, purchases, ranking positions or any undue advantage.

E) Integrity checks

The team may run technical or behavioural checks to protect the game, including analysis of logs, usage patterns, sessions, repeated actions, security telemetry, market history, trade, party, hunts and other evidence. Obstructing, defrauding or automating responses to checks is a separate violation.

03

Economy, Market, Trade and Donations

The PokéHunt economy depends on integrity. Any economic abuse can affect every player.

A) External deals

Trading through the Market and the official PokéHunt systems is allowed as normal.

Deals between players outside the official systems, including arrangements involving real money or PIX, are not prohibited. The team, however, does not recognise, mediate, guarantee or support such deals.

Any external deal is made at the players’ own risk.

B) Scams, fraud and abuse of trust

Scams, payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, social engineering, false promises of delivery, price manipulation, use of misleading information, exploitation of players or attempts to obtain an economic advantage in bad faith may result in reversal, removal of assets and penalties.

C) Abusive use of market, trade and economic systems

Use of market, trade, store, quick sell, depot, house, loot splitter or any economic system must respect normal usage limits. Management may investigate abnormal patterns, circular transactions, operational flooding, duplication attempts, asset laundering or artificial price manipulation.

D) Items, currencies and virtual benefits

Items, gold, progression, benefits, premium, boosts, cosmetics, Safira and other virtual assets do not represent real property of the player. They are permissions to use within the service and may be removed, adjusted, blocked or reversed when linked to fraud, a bug, abuse, a technical error or a breach of the rules.

E) Referral program

The referral program counts guests by account created from a valid link or code. Program points and rewards are only released when the invited account activates its first 30-day Premium, as per the rules shown in the feature itself.

The reward is tied to the referring account, not to specific characters. Self-referral, creation of fake accounts, abusive use of multiple accounts, payment fraud, chargebacks, registration manipulation or any attempt to inflate points artificially may cancel records, points, rewards and benefits already granted.

PokéHunt may audit, block, reverse or remove referral points and rewards where there is evidence of a technical error, fraud, abuse, a payment dispute or a breach of the rules.

F) Sale of a trainer between players

Where the feature is available, the Market may mediate the sale of a trainer (character) between accounts, paid in in-game currency. The account, its access, purchase history, referrals and partner commissions are not transferred and stay with the original holder.

The sale transfers the trainer with the progress, pokémon, items and balances held in it at the moment of completion. Friendships, private conversations and support tickets do not follow the trainer.

The amount paid by the buyer is held for the period stated in the feature itself before being released to the seller. During that hold, PokéHunt may reverse the sale, return the trainer to the seller and refund the buyer where there is evidence of unauthorised account access, fraud, a chargeback, a technical error or a breach of the rules.

Safira and other virtual assets that come with the trainer follow clause D) of this section: they are permissions to use within the service, do not represent real property of the player and are not convertible into money.

Listing a trainer that is not yours, using a sale to circumvent a penalty, transferring assets of irregular origin or agreeing on prices in order to manipulate the market may result in reversal, removal of assets and penalties.

04

Communication, Community and Official Channels

Global chat, local chat, names, guilds, party, friends, trade, support, Discord and official channels are all part of the PokéHunt environment.

A) Global and local chat rules

PokéHunt chat is meant for normal communication between players. Using global or local chat for flooding, repetitive fighting, stalking, threats, humiliation, abusive provocation, hate speech, fraud, promotion of other games or servers, bots, exploits or any attempt to harm players or the game is prohibited.

B) Harassment, threats and hate speech

We do not tolerate harassment, threats, stalking, humiliation, hate speech, extremism, discrimination or personal attacks in any social feature of the game, in support, on Discord, on official social media or in any environment related to PokéHunt.

C) Personal data and third-party privacy

It is prohibited to request, publish, threaten to publish or use personal data of other players, staff or third parties, including real names, addresses, phone numbers, documents, banking information, location, photos, family details or any sensitive information.

D) Spam, advertising and suspicious links

It is not allowed to use PokéHunt features or official channels for spam, unauthorised advertising, phishing, promotion of other games, servers, communities, products, bots, scripts, suspicious links or external commercial services without express authorisation. Promoting other games or servers is a serious violation and may result in a ban.

E) Encouraging or supporting violations

Teaching, selling, publicising, facilitating or encouraging bug exploitation, automation, fraud, attacks, security bypasses or any breach of the rules is itself a violation, even if the player does not carry out the final action directly.

05

Party, Guilds, Hunts and Idle Progress

Cooperation and idle progression must happen through the official systems, without harming the integrity of the game.

A) Abuse of party, bosses and loot splitter

It is prohibited to abuse party, bosses, guild boss, positioning, ready check, loot splitter, daily rewards, stamina or participation systems in order to generate artificial benefit, block players, manipulate eligibility, bypass limits or exploit calculation failures.

B) Anti-game behaviour and repeated bad faith

The team may step in against repeated bad-faith conduct that affects operations or other players’ experience, including abuse of invitations, trade, friends, party, guild, market, house, rankings, events or any social/economic feature of PokéHunt.

C) Progression and automated decisions

Idle progression does not authorise the use of external tools to make decisions for the player. Optimisation, action rotation, responding to alerts, swapping sets, buying/selling, managing hunts, bosses, party or market through external automation are treated as an undue advantage.

06

Security, Company and Legal Matters

Protecting the infrastructure, the team and the players is an essential part of the rules.

A) Impersonating PokéHunt staff

It is prohibited to pretend to be a member of PokéHunt staff, support, administration, moderation, an official partner or a representative. It is likewise prohibited to request a password, token, code, payment, item or personal data using false authority.

B) Attacks, sabotage and technical abuse

DDoS, intrusion attempts, abusive scanning, brute force, flooding, endpoint exploitation, reverse engineering to bypass security, sabotage, taking the service down, data leaks or support for these practices are serious violations and may lead to technical measures, a ban and reporting to the authorities where applicable.

C) False information, defamation and operational harm

Spreading false information intended to harm PokéHunt, its team, its services, payments, security or community may lead to moderation measures and sanctions. Legitimate criticism is allowed; fraud, falsehood, threats and harassment are not.

D) Compliance with the law and cooperation

The player must comply with applicable law. Fraud, real threats, harassment, extortion, intrusion, misuse of personal data, crimes against honour or any illegal activity related to PokéHunt may result in immediate suspension, preservation of evidence and cooperation with the competent authorities.

07

Reports, Penalties and Enforcement

The rules exist to protect the game. The team may act preventively where there is a risk to the integrity of the service.

A) Responsible reporting

Reports must be made in good faith, with truthful information and as much context as possible. A false, fabricated or coordinated report, or one used to harm third parties, may result in a penalty for the reporter.

B) Evidence and technical analysis

The team may use logs, telemetry, action history, WebSocket/API events, transactions, session patterns, runtime behaviour, internal evidence and information provided by the player to investigate violations. External videos or screenshots may help, but do not oblige the team to apply or lift penalties.

C) Possible sanctions

Violations may result in a warning, muting where applicable, feature blocking, transaction reversal, removal of items/gold, progress adjustment, suspension, a temporary or permanent ban, account termination, blocking of donations and other measures proportionate to the severity, recurrence and risk caused.

D) No compensation for violations or abuse

PokéHunt is not obliged to compensate losses arising from a penalty, the reversal of abuse, fraud, a chargeback, bug exploitation, use of an external tool, account sharing, an unauthorised deal or a breach of these rules.

E) Changes to the rules

These rules may be updated to reflect new systems, risks, abuse, legal requirements or product decisions. Continuing to use PokéHunt after changes are published indicates awareness of the updated rules.
