Partner Program Terms

1.1. Application and review

Any account holder in good standing may apply, providing registration details and the content channels they run. Management reviews each application and may approve or reject it at its sole discretion, with no obligation to give reasons. A rejection does not prevent a new application in the future.

1.2. When partner status takes effect

Partner status takes effect on the approval date and covers only referred players whose accounts are created from that date onward. Referrals made before approval remain governed by the game’s standard referral program.

From approval onward, the Safira reward of the standard referral program is no longer due to the partner; the commission described in section 02 applies in its place. As a benefit, a player referred through a partner link receives a 20% Safira bonus on the base value of their first purchase.

1.3. Nature of the relationship

The program does not create any employment, corporate, agency or exclusivity relationship between the partner and PokéHunt. The partner acts on their own behalf, as an independent promoter.

2.1. Calculation basis

The partner is entitled to a percentage of the net value of each donation made by a referred player within the first 30 (thirty) days counted from the creation of the referred account. The percentage is set by the partnership level in force on the date the commission is recorded, as per clause 2.2. Net value is the amount actually received by PokéHunt after payment processor fees.

Donations made after that 30-day period generate no commission, even though the referral link remains on record.

2.2. Partnership levels

The program has three levels, with different percentages of the net value: Bronze, 20% (twenty percent); Silver, 30% (thirty percent); and Gold, 40% (forty percent). Every partner is admitted at the Bronze level.

Progression is measured by the accumulated GROSS value of commission-eligible donations made by the players the partner referred. The Silver level is reached when that accumulated value hits R$ 3,000.00 (three thousand reais) and the Gold level when it hits R$ 10,000.00 (ten thousand reais).

Any equivalences shown on the program screens — for example, the average number of players buying a given product in order to reach a level — are informational estimates calculated from current prices and do not constitute a progression criterion. The criterion is exclusively the accumulated value described above.

Refunded or disputed donations are not counted toward progression. Sign-ups that make no donation do not affect progression.

A change of percentage takes effect only on commissions recorded from the promotion date onward; commissions already recorded keep the percentage applied at the time. The level reached is not reduced because of a drop in performance, a refund or a dispute, and remains on record for as long as partner status is active. Management may grant a higher level at its discretion, and suspending or ending the partnership halts progression.

2.3. Payment window

A commission becomes payable as soon as the donation that generated it is confirmed, with no prior holding period. The accumulated payable balance is settled in the monthly payment, generally processed on the 10th of each month. There is no minimum amount for payment.

The absence of a prior holding period does not affect clause 2.4: refunds and disputes that arrive after payment are recorded as a debit and offset against subsequent payments. Management may reinstate a holding period for future commissions by amending these terms.

2.4. Reversals, disputes and debits

If the donation that generated a commission is refunded or disputed (chargeback), the corresponding commission is cancelled. If it has already been paid, the amount is recorded as a debit and automatically offset against subsequent payments; the partner’s balance may stay negative until it is fully offset.

2.5. Advance payment

Management may, at its sole discretion and on an exceptional basis, advance to the partner part of the amounts receivable before the usual payment date, limited to the payable balance existing at that time. An advance is not an acquired right, creates no obligation to repeat it in later periods, and is fully offset against the following payment.

If the donation that generated an advanced commission is later refunded or disputed, the commission is cancelled under clause 2.4 and the advanced amount remains subject to offsetting against subsequent payments, and the partner’s balance may stay negative until it is fully offset.

2.6. Fraud and abuse

Commissions generated through self-referral, multiple accounts, artificial traffic, misuse of payment data or any form of fraud are cancelled, and the conduct may lead to suspension or removal from the program and to the penalties set out in the PokéHunt Rules, without prejudice to legal action.

3.1. Payment details

Payment depends on the partner providing valid and complete details for one of the accepted methods. For PIX: a valid key, with the holder’s name and CPF/CNPJ. For cryptocurrency: the currency, the network and the wallet address, as set out in clause 3.2. No payment method is mandatory, but without valid details for at least one of them the payment cannot be executed, and the amount stays on record as payable until the details are provided.

The partner is responsible for the accuracy of these details. Payments made to the registered key or address are deemed correctly made.

3.2. Payment in cryptocurrency

A partner who cannot or does not wish to be paid by PIX may opt for cryptocurrency. The currency and the network are agreed case by case with support, among the options PokéHunt is able to operate, and payment takes place on the same monthly date set out in clause 2.3.

The amount due is assessed in reais and converted into the chosen cryptocurrency at the moment of payment, using a public market rate. Any network costs are deducted from the amount transferred. Rate movements after the transfer create no right to a top-up and no obligation to return anything.

The address and the network provided are the partner’s sole responsibility. A transfer sent to an incorrect address or network is irreversible by nature, and PokéHunt has no means of recovering it and no obligation to repeat the payment.

While the dashboard does not offer registration of this payment method, the arrangement is made manually through the official support channels.

3.3. Taxes

The amounts paid are gross. It is the partner’s responsibility to declare and pay the taxes due on their commissions, according to their tax situation.

4.1. Prohibited practices

The partner may not: promise advantages the game does not offer; present donations as an investment or a source of income; use spam, deception or pressure to obtain sign-ups; target fundraising content at minors; or associate the brand with unlawful or discriminatory content, or content that infringes third-party rights.

4.2. Use of the brand

The partner receives a limited, revocable, non-exclusive licence to use the name and the promotional materials made available in the dashboard, exclusively to promote the game while the partnership is in force.

5.1. Suspension and termination

Management may suspend or end a partner’s participation in case of a breach of these terms or of the PokéHunt Rules. Payable and legitimate commissions assessed up to termination are settled in the following payment; commissions linked to fraud are cancelled.

The partner may leave the program at any time by requesting termination through support.

5.2. Changes to the program

Percentages, windows and conditions may be revised prospectively, with reasonable notice through the dashboard or by e-mail. Commissions already generated follow the rules in force on the date of the donation that generated them.

5.3. Relationship with the other terms

These terms supplement the other documents in the PokéHunt legal center, including the terms governing donations. In case of conflict over a program matter, these terms prevail.
