1.1. Online fantasy game

PokéHunt is an online fantasy game with idle progression, characters, creatures, equipment, hunts, bosses, rankings, party, guilds, a virtual economy and account systems. The player progresses over time, makes decisions about their development and can interact with the game’s social and economic systems.

1.2. Idle progression

Being an idle game, part of the progression may happen through official automatic systems. This does not mean that external scripts, bots, macros, autoclickers or automation tools are allowed. Automation outside the game is prohibited and may lead to a ban.

1.3. Virtual economy

PokéHunt has items, gold, benefits, market, trade, premium, Safira and other virtual records. These assets exist only inside the game. Deals outside the official systems are not recognised, mediated, guaranteed or supported by the team and may involve a risk of scams, fraud, loss of access or breach of the rules.

2.1. Recommended minimum age

PokéHunt is not intended for children under 13. Children under 13 should not create an account or play. If we identify use by a child under 13, the account may be restricted, suspended or terminated to protect the child and the service.

2.2. Teenagers aged 13 to 17

Teenagers should use PokéHunt with the knowledge and authorisation of their parents or legal guardians. The guardian should assess whether the content is suitable, keep track of spending and donations, give guidance on digital safety, supervise interactions and explain the risks of sharing an account, personal data or payment methods.

2.3. Donations and authorisation

Any donation, support, use of Safira, Premium, a package, a benefit, a cosmetic or an optional service by someone under 18 must have the authorisation of their parents or guardians. Using someone else’s card, PIX, digital wallet, bank account or money without permission is prohibited.

2.4. Verification and protection

PokéHunt may request reasonable information to verify age, account ownership, parental authorisation, payment security or signs of misuse. False information may lead to blocking, reversal of benefits or termination of the account.

3.1. Fantasy violence

The game involves fantasy combat against creatures, character progression, equipment, damage, the defeat of monsters, bosses and adventure themes. The content is not realistic, but it may not be suitable for every age or sensibility.

3.2. Social interactions

Even without relying on a traditional global chat, PokéHunt may involve interaction through names, guilds, party, friends, trade, support, the official Discord, rankings and other social features. As in any online game, interactions with third parties call for care and supervision.

3.3. Economic systems

Market, trade, items, gold, Safira, Premium and the store may encourage economic decisions inside the game. Parents should talk about spending limits, impulse donations, promises from third parties, scams and the risks of buying or selling items outside the official systems.

3.4. No confirmed roulette

This guide does not describe a roulette system, betting or an adult area because these features have not been confirmed as part of PokéHunt today. If features involving elements of chance, adult content or specific restrictions are introduced, the legal documents must be updated before or alongside their release.

4.1. Rules and sanctions

The PokéHunt Rules prohibit harassment, hate speech, phishing, third-party personal data, scripts, bots, macros, external automation, fraud and technical abuse. Violations may lead to blocking, suspension, a ban, reversal of transactions and removal of virtual assets.

4.2. Payment security

Donations may go through validation, anti-fraud checks, holds, review or cancellation where there is a suspicion of unauthorised payment, a chargeback, use of a third party’s data, a donation by a minor without authorisation or a technical inconsistency.

4.3. Data protection

Personal data must be processed in line with applicable law, especially where children and adolescents are involved. PokéHunt may use account, session, security, payment and support records to protect users, investigate abuse, prevent fraud and comply with legal obligations.

4.4. No substitute for family supervision

PokéHunt’s internal measures do not replace supervision by parents and guardians. Family oversight remains the most important protection when it comes to screen time, spending, language, privacy and contact with third parties.

5.1. Set up parental controls

Use the parental control features of the operating system, browser, app store, router, antivirus and payment card. Set time limits, payment blocks, additional authentication and content restrictions where needed.

5.2. Monitor payments

Check statements, cards, PIX, digital wallets and confirmation e-mails. Never leave payment details saved on a minor’s device without protection. Talk clearly about authorisation before any donation or support.

5.3. Protect the account

Teach the minor not to share their password, e-mail, recovery key, token, account screenshots, codes, personal data, location, school, phone number, documents or photos. No official PokéHunt member will ask for a password over chat, Discord or private message.

5.4. Keep track of time and behaviour

Set breaks, schedules and appropriate limits. Watch for signs of compulsive use, irritation when stopping, harm to schoolwork, irregular sleep, isolation, hidden spending or anxiety linked to the game. Seek professional guidance where needed.

5.5. Talk about scams

Explain that promises of free items, bonus links, a fake Discord, fake staff, a bot, a script, a cheat or an urgent offer are usually scams or breaches of the rules. Real-money deals between players happen outside the game’s guarantee, at the risk of those taking part: advise never paying strangers in advance.

6.1. When to contact support

Contact official support if you identify a child under 13 using PokéHunt, an unauthorised donation, an attempted scam, harassment, exposure of personal data, a threat, misuse of an account, suspicious contact from a third party or behaviour that puts the minor at risk.

6.2. Useful information in a report

Provide as much context as possible: the account or character name, the approximate date, a description of what happened, receipts, the order ID, screenshots, links, the names involved and the channel where it occurred. Do not post the minor’s personal data on public channels.

6.3. Competent authorities

In serious situations, crimes, real threats, exploitation, extortion, fraud, persistent harassment, exposure of a minor or immediate risk, also contact the competent authorities, such as the Delegacia de Crimes Cibernéticos (cybercrime police unit), the Ministério Público (public prosecutor’s office), the Conselho Tutelar (child protection council), PROCON (consumer protection agency) or the equivalent body in your region.

7.1. General legal references

This guide takes into account Brazilian rules on the protection of children and adolescents, the digital environment, personal data protection, the internet, consumers and electronic contracts. Concrete application depends on the case, the law in force and appropriate legal analysis.
