Last updated: May 20, 2026English translation provided for your convenience. The Portuguese version is the binding one; if the two ever disagree, the Portuguese text prevails.
Purpose and Scope
This agreement supplements the PokéHunt Service Agreement and governs donations, voluntary support, bonus points and digital benefits.
1.1. Donations, support and optional benefits
These Extended Terms govern voluntary donations, support for the project, Safira received as bonus points, Premium Time, packages, boosts, cosmetics, account services, digital benefits and other optional or promotional features made available in PokéHunt. They supplement the PokéHunt Service Agreement, the PokéHunt Rules, the electronic agreement shown at checkout and other applicable policies.
1.2. Specific acceptance
By starting, confirming or completing a donation, support, redemption, activation, renewal, use of Safira or use of an optional benefit, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Extended Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with the donation, payment, activation or use of the benefit.
1.3. Relationship with other documents
In case of conflict between these Extended Terms and the PokéHunt Service Agreement, the more specific rule on donations, support, bonus points, digital benefits, crediting, cancellation, refunds, chargebacks and anti-fraud prevails, subject to applicable law.
Premium, Coins and Additional Services
Digital benefits are permissions to use within PokéHunt, not assets with value outside the game.
2.1. Premium Time
Premium Time temporarily grants account or character benefits defined by PokéHunt, such as access to premium features, operational advantages, bonuses, permissions, social systems or digital conveniences. Premium benefits may be added, removed, adjusted, rebalanced or replaced to preserve the health of the game, the economy, security and the overall experience.
2.2. Safira
Safira is a virtual bonus point restricted to use within PokéHunt, granted as a thank you for support, campaigns, events, promotions or operational decisions. It is not money, does not earn interest, does not represent a bank balance, cannot be converted into real currency and has no exchange value outside the systems authorised by PokéHunt.
2.3. Additional services
Additional services are digital features tied to the account, the character or game operations, such as changes, conveniences, packages, cosmetics, boosts, management functionality or other officially announced services. Unless expressly authorised, these services are personal, non-transferable and may not be resold, assigned or traded outside PokéHunt.
2.4. Limited nature of the benefits
A donation, support or use of an optional benefit does not grant ownership of the game, the account, the character, items, gold, Safira, rankings, systems, code, images, assets, data, benefits or any PokéHunt content. The user receives only a limited licence to use while they comply with the terms and while the service is available.
Donations, Amounts and Bonus Crediting
Donations depend on approval, anti-fraud checks and technical processing before bonus points are credited.
3.1. Donation in advance
Donations and support must be made in advance through the means available on the website, the client, checkout or official channels. Initial confirmation does not guarantee definitive crediting until the payment is approved, reconciled, validated by anti-fraud checks and processed by PokéHunt systems or by payment providers.
3.2. Amounts and promotions
Support amounts, bonus point packages, promotions, availability, payment methods, fees and conditions may change at any time for future donations. A change in amount does not create an automatic right to compensation, a refund, additional credit or the indefinite continuation of previous promotional conditions.
3.3. Crediting of bonus points
The crediting of Safira, Premium or additional benefits may depend on technical availability, manual validation, a processing queue, account integrity, payment status, Server Save, synchronisation with the game and anti-fraud analysis. PokéHunt may delay, hold, cancel or review credits where there is suspicion of fraud, error, a chargeback, abuse or inconsistency. Operational control is limited to checking whether a confirmed donation produced the corresponding credit in the account; PokéHunt does not track an individual link between a specific donation and the later use of those points in the game.
3.4. Incorrect data and user error
The user is responsible for checking the account, character, world, support option, quantity of bonus points, payment method and the data entered before completing the donation. Errors caused by incorrect data, support sent to the wrong account, use of an invalid e-mail, a compromised device or shared credentials will be assessed case by case, with no guarantee of reversal.
Cancellation, Refunds and Right of Withdrawal
Refunds follow applicable law, the delivery status and whether there was consumption, fraud or abuse.
4.1. Right of withdrawal
Where applicable under consumer law, the user may exercise the right of withdrawal within the statutory period counted from the donation, the support or the receipt of the benefit. The request must be made through an official channel, identifying the account, the receipt, the points credited and enough information for analysis.
4.2. Services consumed or activated
Bonus points or digital benefits already credited, activated, consumed, transferred, spent, used to obtain another benefit, tied to a character, expired, partially used or affected by fraud, abuse, a chargeback or a breach of the rules may not be eligible for a full refund, except where applicable law requires a different outcome.
4.3. Proven technical failure
In case of a proven technical failure, an approved payment without the bonus points being credited, duplicate crediting, incorrect crediting or a systemic error attributable to PokéHunt, the team may correct the credit, reprocess the donation, grant points, remove the excess, reverse amounts or apply another proportionate remedy, according to technical feasibility and applicable law.
4.4. Refund method and timing
Approved refunds will preferably be processed through the same payment method used, where technically possible. Timing may vary according to the financial institution, the intermediary, the card scheme, anti-fraud checks, the documentation required and the validations needed.
Fraud, Chargebacks and Financial Security
Protection against fraud is essential to preserve the service, the economy and legitimate players.
5.1. Unauthorised payment
It is prohibited to use a third party’s card, account, document, payment method, balance, gift card, PIX, digital wallet or financial credential without authorisation. Suspicious donations may be held, cancelled, reversed or blocked while an investigation is under way.
5.2. Chargebacks and improper disputes
A chargeback, dispute, reversal or payment challenge without legitimate grounds, especially after receiving, spending, transferring or using the benefit, may result in removal of Safira, reversal of benefits, blocking of donations, account suspension, a ban and collection of amounts due, without prejudice to any applicable legal measures.
5.3. Laundering of virtual assets
It is prohibited to use market, trade, gifts, party, guild, multiple accounts, third parties or artificial transactions to conceal fraudulent origin, circulate Safira, gold, items or benefits, circumvent a payment block, evade a penalty or hinder administrative reversals.
5.4. Cooperation and evidence
PokéHunt may use logs, receipts, payment identifiers, IP, device, account history, WebSocket/API events, transactions, market, trade, store, support and anti-fraud data to investigate payments, prevent abuse, respond to disputes and protect the service, in accordance with data protection law.
Expiry, Inactivity and Termination
Temporary benefits may expire, and inactive or irregular accounts may have services limited.
6.1. Expiry of Premium
When Premium Time expires, the account or character automatically returns to the free or default state, and premium benefits stop taking effect. The user is responsible for keeping track of the term, renewal, availability and any notices shown on the website, the client, the account or official channels.
6.2. Expiry of packages and promotions
Temporary services, campaigns, promotional packages, bonuses, events, boosts, offers and limited benefits may have a term, stock, eligibility, region, account, character, world or specific condition. Once the condition ends, the benefit may cease to be available with no automatic right to an extension.
6.3. Inactive accounts
Accounts inactive for an extended period, abandoned, banned, fraudulent, insecure, without valid data or used for abuse may have unused bonus points or benefits limited, archived, cancelled or removed in line with operational policy, technical need, security, data retention and applicable law.
6.4. Termination for violation
A breach of the rules, bots, external automation, exploits, fraud, abusive chargebacks, attacks, harassment, misuse of data or any serious violation may result in loss of access to bonus points and digital benefits, removal of virtual assets, suspension or a ban, with no refund where the loss arises from the violation itself.
User Obligations
Donations, support and bonus points call for care with the account, payment, security and the game rules.
7.1. Protection of credentials
The user must protect their password, e-mail, session, token, recovery key, device, network and payment methods. Sharing an account, lending credentials, selling access, using insecure devices or letting third parties donate, support or spend benefits on your behalf is the user’s own risk and may prevent recovery or a refund.
7.2. Authorisation for minors
Users under 18 must have authorisation from their parents or legal guardians for any donation, support, use of a payment method, package, Premium, Safira or optional benefit. Using money, a card or payment data without authorisation is prohibited.
7.3. Prohibition of scripts and abuse
Donations, bonus points and optional benefits do not authorise scripts, bots, macros, autoclickers, browser automation, WebSocket/API tampering, bug exploitation, automated donating, checkout abuse, market or trade manipulation or any undue advantage. Payment grants no disciplinary immunity.
7.4. Prompt reporting of problems
Payment problems, bonus point crediting issues, a compromised account, an unrecognised donation, incorrect crediting, a technical failure or suspected fraud must be reported to official support promptly and with sufficient information. Delay may reduce the chance of correction, tracing, reversal or preservation of evidence.
Changes, Balancing and Availability
Bonus points and optional benefits are part of an evolving online game and may need adjustment.
8.1. Changes to benefits
Optional benefits may be adjusted to fix bugs, for balancing, security, compatibility, protection of the economy, improvement of the service, prevention of abuse or legal requirements. Where possible, relevant changes will be announced through official channels.
8.2. Temporary unavailability
Maintenance, deploys, fixes, attacks, third-party failures, payment unavailability, network instability, a rollback, a database error, client problems or force majeure events may temporarily affect the use of bonus points and optional benefits. PokéHunt will seek a proportionate remedy according to the impact and technical feasibility.
8.3. Rollbacks and reversals
In case of a rollback, duplication, exploitation, economic failure, an inconsistent payment, improper delivery or a critical bug, PokéHunt may reverse transactions, remove benefits, adjust balances, restore data, block benefits or manually correct affected records.
Limitation of Warranties and Liability
Liability for donations, bonus points and benefits will be assessed under applicable law, the evidence and the origin of the problem.
9.1. No guarantee of flawless operation
PokéHunt will make reasonable efforts to keep the website, client, store, payments and optional benefits running, but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, permanent compatibility, the availability of every benefit or the unchanged preservation of benefits, values, formulas and systems.
9.2. Factors outside PokéHunt’s control
PokéHunt is not liable for losses caused by failures of the internet, device, browser, operating system, financial institution, payment intermediary, card, digital wallet, provider, data centre, third-party attacks, misuse of the account or user negligence.
9.3. Limit of compensation
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any compensation for a proven failure in crediting bonus points will be limited to correcting the credit, reprocessing, equivalent credit, reversal of the amount actually paid or another remedy proportionate to the proven direct damage, and will not cover indirect damages, lost profits or expected in-game advantages.
Final Provisions
These terms may be updated as PokéHunt, the law, security and payment methods evolve.
10.1. Updates
These Extended Terms may be changed to reflect changes in the game, the store, benefits, payment methods, anti-fraud measures, legal requirements, platform policies or operational decisions. The version in force will be available in the PokéHunt legal center.
10.2. Electronic acceptance
Electronic acceptance, donation confirmation, use of checkout, activation of a benefit, spending Safira or continued use of optional benefits indicates awareness of and agreement with these Extended Terms, with effect consistent with acceptance by digital means.
10.3. Governing law
These Extended Terms will be interpreted under Brazilian law, including civil, consumer and data protection rules where applicable. Non-waivable consumer rights will be preserved where the legal relationship so requires.
10.4. Payments contact
Requests about payment, refunds, delivery, chargebacks, disputes or an unrecognised donation must be made through official support or the channel indicated at checkout. The user must provide enough data for secure identification of the account, the request and the transaction.
